Whenever I add a torrent through the cli, it always downloads into my home directory. Is there a way to change the default download directory, or at least specify it on a per-torrent basis? I should add that I don't have any GUI access.

Change the 'download_location' setting in '~/.config/deluge/core.conf', or change this setting directly from deluge-console with the command: 'config -s download_location /home/user/foo/bar'
