Execute script not triggered after download blocked + recheck

Hi,
I have a torrent that was in dowload state forever even if it was at 100 % . So the Execute script linked to the competed state was not triggered.
I did a recheck on the torrent and then it started to seed but the script was not triggered
I don't know if it's related to the Execute plugin or Deluge itself anyway.
