I get this error when I try to open Deluge



When I try to torrent something nothing comes up for anything but the download speed and that doesn't even change.

Is this a new error or has it always done that?

You can try uninstalling and removing the Program Files X86 folder as well as the USER_DATA folder and go for a clean install.
Use the latest 1.3.12-1-py27 version.

This started happening today when I reinstalled Windows but I'll try that setup file and delete USER_DATA folder and uninstall it.

EDIT: Where the userdata?

C:/Users/<USER NAME>/AppData/Roaming/deluge/
