.torrent placement

Hello. All of my .torrent files are placed in my (Windows) Downloads folder. I would prefer them to be saved in the same folder as the downloaded file; that's how uTorrent used to do. I can't stand having to open the Downloads folder and try to figure out what to delete. I can't seem to find how to do so in Deluge Options. Thanks for your help.
