A few bugs

Hello,
First time using deluge. I must say it looks and feels very nice. It integrates well with Ubunutu.
The bugs I'm encountering are:
- My download location, download/upload speeds are not saved once I hit OK in the menu
- If you remove all trackers from a torrent, using Edit Trackers - Deluge crashes
- My connection limit is not being followed: currently 737 connections, when the limit is 217
