I am having an issue with newly added torrents that start downloading for a few seconds before being properly queued...

I have it set to download only 1 torrent at a time, and I have 1 torrent already downloading but when I add another torrent it starts to download it for a few seconds before its queued... This normally would not be an issue for me but my tracker logs this as a hit and run... its becoming a pain when ever I add torrents they do this... so now I add them paused and manually unpause them when the downloading torrent is almost done. This becomes tedious with many torrents...

Is there something I am missing?

when I looked at the version I was on Deluge 1.3.6 I updated to 1.3.12 so will see if that fixed it...
