Slow speeds on Deluge / 10GBPS Dedicated Server Port

Hi guys,

First of all thanks for creating Deluge, it is so much better in my oppinion than utorrent.

I have problem.I purchased a dedicated server in order to seed my torrents and upload them. None of the seedbox companies offered what I wanted, so I went with i3d and got myself a 10gbit dedicated port.

Server specs are

Memory: 4gb
ProLiant DL120 G6
Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X3430@ 2.40GHz
CPU Family: Intel64 Family 6 Model 30
480GB SSD ATA SAMSUNG MZ7LM480

The problem is that I can't get over 120mb/s on downloads and uploads. Everything what I download has enough seeds (ipt freeleech) and mostly of them are on 1gbps ports. I have tested speeds on internet servers and external and I am going well over 5gbps.

Specifications of this drive: write/read 480/540 mb/s ATA 6Gbit/s

I am realy lost in here as my server is capable of 10gbps, obviously i dont expect my drive to go over 500mb/s but at least more than 200-300mb/s

I am not pushing any more than this: Image
how to screenshot on windows 7

Once I finished my download, upload went to no more than 120mb/s

Can anyone help with getting rid of this bottleneck?
Deluge settings causing an issue?

Thanks.

UPDATE 12.21PM

Image
image hosting no account

Started with 20mb/s while upload was near 200mb/s

Why a smaller file goes near 200mb/s and bigger doesnt?

UPDATE 12:28

Image
how do you print screen

Bursting to 150mb/s and dropped. Basically going up and down on seed speeds, no more than 100mb/s as download is 30 and there is one more torrent using speed.

UPDATE 12:39

And again, on a small file..

Aynone could tell what the hell is happening and how to fix this? :)

Sorry about so many edits, I wanted to show what exactly is happening. Hopefully someone can help to fix.

In fact for cache setting see Preferences

Will do.

Just placed the second SSD inside and installing it as raid0. Will update as soon as I can.

I believe they r throttling u. even on default settings u should be able to upload at least 500mbit, probably even full gbit. smaller file gave u better speed because there were more real leechers, at least thats my guess.

anyway, 10gibt is what u get for short data burst on common ports usually + for traffic between datacenter.

and one more thing try playin with number of active torrents

cache size: between 10000 and 32758 for example , cache exipiry 30-60 try that too, u need to try and see results urself for that server, ofc if ur not throttled

Thanks for advice. They might be throttling me, is there a way to find out? I honestly believe if you have 2 SSDs in raid0 then Deluge should be going well over 500mb/s.

I will install a different client and see if this still happens. If it still happens then its def i3d to blame. Also Cas, i will try his settings.

Speak to you all tomorrow.

Thanks.

UPDATE 11.11.15

Still the same.. Not able to over 1.5gbps. Tried all kind of settings, even those which Cas said. I assume they are throttling me.
