I was disabled in a private tracker because i upload to fast.
They accept 99,999 kbps.
I have a seedbox with a 10 Gbps plan
They accept my again because i explain i am not cheating.
Where i limit the speed, in the upper or in down part of the image
Excuse my english but i only speak in spanish. I can read in english whit no problem

The upper part i think is to slow and with few options.

The options on your picture or per torrent. I would click on preferences on top and then click on bandwidth. There you can set global values that will apply to all torrents.

Now i am using like these.
But i don´t know if it is correct

Thanks Shryp i will try, but the problem is that i also download from another sites where i don't have the speed problem.
But i will try and use deluge only for this site and rutorrent for another.
But the correct way is like you say ?

You could try the labelplus plugin. Then set up a label for this specific site. From the plugin options you can set a speed for all torrents in that label.
