I have a problem where deluge works for maybe an hour, and then shuts down.

I want to ask about it, but the guidelines say that I have to have the libtorrent version.

The guide shows how to get the libtorrent version on linux, but not on windows.

I tried, but could not figure out how to get the libtorrent version in my windows version of Deluge.

So, do I *really* need that version before asking for help? Or can I either get somebody to tell me the version of libtorrent that shipped with the windows version of libtorrent, 1.3.12-1 (the latest version)?

That version comes with libtorrent 1.0.6.

You can get your version from: Help -> About

You can disable classic mode in Preferences -> Interface and see if that fixes it. There is a memory leak in the Windows library files that Deluge uses when redrawing the GUI. If that is your issue then the GUI can crash, but the download functionality can continue running.
