In Deluge I have setup all my connections to my Socks Proxy Server, a paid service I use. It seems to be connecting properly because whenever I try the CheckMyIP torrent, it only shows me the IP when I'm not connected to the Proxy Server.

However, I want to make sure. When I connect to my Proxy Server, the CheckMyIP torrent no longer shows me the IP address. Is there another way to be sure that I am in fact connected. I tried the IPStatusbar plugin but it's not working for me. It says it's enabled but nothing on the status bar.

I'm using Deluge Web UI v1.3.12. I can't use a website to check if I'm connected because I'm only using the proxy server within Deluge. All other traffic is using my regular IP.

Use IPMagnet.
Go to this page http://ipmagnet.services.cbcdn.com/
Click on "Magnet Link", it will add a file to your download page, its purpose is to return your IP address to this webpage.
Click on "update" on the right side of the page, it should show you the IP address your client is using.
