launching Deluge upon magnet link

Hello,

First many thanks to the Deluge Team for this adorable client.

I am migrating from bitTorrent to Deluge client for my windows machines. I could set the default .torrent opener to be Deluge but when clicking a magnet link it's still bitTorrent who opens. Could someone please tell how to fix that

It worked on my Windows install. I think there was an option during the install that asked if you wanted magnet links. Maybe BitTorrent has a setting that keeps forcing itself as the default? What about your web browser? Can you go into the settings of that and see if you can change it?

Uninstalled and reinstalled deluge, exited BitTorrent, launched deluge and it reacted to the magnet.
Then I launched bittorent and this time BitTorrent reacted to the magnet.
I exited again BitTorrent (deluge always active) and when clicking the magnet, BitTorrent was launched by windows and reacted to the magnet. Finally I uninstalled BitTorrent et voilà

But as I never used deluge to upload I hope I want need to reinstall bittorrent

uTorrent has a setting for setting default, so I assume BitTorrent has the same setting. Might have to install BitTorrent, disable that, then install Deluge.
