Torrent files with non-alphanumerics won't open at times

Namely, when selecting the files in Windows Explorer and hitting Enter, these files won't be added to Deluge.
This was reproduced with other files, and alphanumeric-only filenames did not cause this bug.

Anyway, it's pretty minor, but cheers anyway!
