All torrents in error : cnx terminated ... waiting delay

Hello everybody,
I run deluge 1.3.5 on a Fedora 16 station. Yes, it's a little old, but it works fine (hum till these days ...)
I have a high speed ADSL connnection (100 Mb/s)
I had to switch to OpenDNS, because, in France, government blocks one of the trackers I use. I don't really think this is the reason, but I really have no idea.
So : my problem.
ALL my ~3940 torrents gradually get frozen, and now I have no traffic, whatever the tracker (6 private trackers).
The message is, for each : "Erreur connexion terminée par expiration du délai d'attente" (error connection terminated by expiration of waiting delay ??? --> I get the message in French and my english is ... not native if you see what I mean)
I could erase my ~/.config/delude directory, but, if possible, I would not do that to keep the history of each torrent (ration, date of download, limits/purge, ...) and I have a really good number of torrents !
Any idea, about the reason of the freeze and what to do ?
Thanks in advance.
JOe.
