limiting number of torrents downloading, but not seeding

It'd be great if there were a way to have seeding torrents not count as part of the group that is limited by number of torrents, but to still be active (in order to improve share ratios at certain sites, and continue downloading new torrents from the queue).

this will be available in version 0.6.
