Hi

I know that I am risking castigation but I installed deluge and I installed the search plug in but I don't know how to search. Where do I enter what I am searching for?

Boy do I feel dumb....

Also, any suggestions on how to uninstall Frostwire from Ubuntu 8.04 are greatly appreciated.

I don't believe Deluge has search (unless you're referring to search of torrent sites which is a plugin called Torrent search)

and to remove Frostwire, run from terminal:

Code: Select all

sudo apt-get remove frostwire

Additionally, if you wish to remove your Frostwire configuration files at the same time as uninstalling the program, you should use the following command:

Code: Select all

sudo apt-get --purge remove frostwire

Once you've enabled the torrent search plugin, you should see a search field on the toolbar.
It has a drop down menu of different search engines you can choose from (you can also add more by editing search torrents preferences).
You just need to enter a search term and hit enter and it'll open up the results in your default browser.
