Problems Installing in Debian

YES, I already consulted the install and FAQ guides.

When i tried installing using the method in the install guide, my terminal showed this:

E: Unable to locate package deluged
E: Unable to locate package deluge-web

I tried gdebi also and it said this:

This package is uninstallable
Dependency is not satisfiable: python-libtorrent (>= 0.14.9)

Which Debian, Wheezy or Jessie? If it's Jessie I would not doubt that you have problem, because Debian latest "stable" release forced me to move on on other distro's like Ubuntu and Arch. Did you tried to install python-libtorrent and then to install through gdebi those 2 deb. files?
