Deluge causes RAM and SWAP to keep rising

Hi Guys, for the last 2 weeks I've been trying to download some big files with deluge. The main one being 200gb
The problem is that once I start downloading this file, my RAM and SWAP use slowly but surely rise until the PC just crashes once RAM reaches 100%.

My specs are as follows -
i7 4790k
8gb RAM
GTX 970
128gb SSD Boot
512gb SSD gaming drive
1TB HDD Western Digital media drive
Gigabyte Z97MX-Gaming S m/b
Windows 8.1 - all drivers and windows updates up to date.
Edit - thought I'd added this but I'm using version 1.3.11

I've tried messing around with my page file sizes, including having an additional one on the gaming drive. I've now moved the torrent to the gaming SSD drive and still getting the same problem.
Is it worth trying to turn off windows disk caching? I'm at a complete loss now. I can download files up to 30gb with no problems at all, it's just this large file. I've managed to download about 40Gb of it so far over many attempts. I download at a constant speed of 4.4 MiB/s. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I maybe able to do?

Thanks, Chopper
