Deluge Forum

Recently my download speed while downloading torrents dropped a lot. I haven't touched any of the settings. With Deluge my download speed is very inconsistent and ranges between 300kb/s - 700 kb/s. With BitComet downloading the same torrent I get 11 000 kb/s - 12 000kb/s. What could be the problem ?
A friend of mine with different Internet provider has the same problem - very slow speed.
I'm using Deluge 1.3.11 on Windows 7 SP1 64bit

You could try updating libtorrent to a newer version. My downloads easily max out my connection. Currently libtorrent is at 1.0.5.

Download the 1.0.5 copy.
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Deluge
Rename / Copy libtorrent.pyd so you have a backup.
Unzip the 1.0.5 or whatever version you want to the folder.
