Can't torrent using Windows 8

Hi, whenever I try to use a magnet link on Windows 8 some sort of windows app for torrenting will start to load, then I will be taken to my start menu after a couple of seconds. I have looked in my computer for another torrent client I have installed but I can't find one. I have attached a screenshot of what it looks like when I click a magnet link. You will have to scroll down to see the logo, I forgot to crop the image. Sorry.

Does windows 8 still allow you to right click on something and choose the default program for opening?
