Copy Completed

Hi all,
I'm new to Deluge and I love it.
I have a VPS and have set up Deluge and BTSync on it. It runs Debian 5.
I have installed the Copy Completed plugin and completed the config to move completed torrents to my btsync folder.
I have tried everything but Copy Completed wont copy the files.
My deluge version is 1.3.5 and the Copy Completed is 0.2.
Be gentle with your answers as I'm new to Linux.
