power mangement functions

Hello. My English is bad, sorry. Deluge Team, please add suspend inhibition and power off function in client. Auto shutdown plugin not work (in Linux, not shure about Windows). I can help with it in KDE4, using user privilegies. This functions very need for many peoples and many people use execute plugin, like me, but is bad! It's not good way for good soft.
