Hi at all,
I have some files already downloaded with a different software. I have also the *.torrent files.

What is the proper procedure to put them as available for download in Deluge?

Are you looking to seed an already downloaded torrent?
If so then using the same .torrent add it to deluge, then for the location for downloading the torrent choose the file where you already downloaded everything.
Then right click the torrent and do a force check.
It should recognise that all the files are already downloaded and then start seeding them.
