List of previous download locations

I'm wondering if I'm missing something or is there no list of previous download locations directly at the "add torrent" window? I mean do I always have click options -> download location -> other and yadiyadiyada. It would be nice if the options tab had a dropdown box with 10 previous download location listed. Also part my deluge is in my native language and part english, so how do I change it to english only?
