[feature request] bigger Icon for associated file type

what's wrong with associated file type icon for deluge ? i think windows version doesn't have a bigger icon after 48X48 in it's icons .dll file, I was hoping for something like the forth post from
here currently it looks like this

or is it a OS issue ?

Can you create a ticket for this, it's likely a packaging issue for Windows
