Extractor add incomplete

Hi,
i hope you can help me. i am using deluge on my unraid machine. after i download a torrent deluge moves it to another location and unpacks it.
my problem is that that i also use couchpotato and when a file needs to be unpacked then couchpotato grabs it before it's finished and i end up with an incomplete file in my library.
so my question is if there is a way to add some kind of "*.incomplete" or any other ending to the file while it's being unpacked.
