Update problem

I updated my ubuntu 14.04 server from 1.3.6 to 1.3.11
The update seemed to go okay but when I check the connection manager in the web ui and the client ui it says I am
running 1.3.6 daemon.
When I checked using ssh I get:
apt-cache policy deluge
deluge:
Installed: 1.3.11-0~trusty~ppa1
Candidate: 1.3.11-0~trusty~ppa1
Version table:
*** 1.3.11-0~trusty~ppa1 0
500 http://ppa.launchpad.net/deluge-team/ppa/ubuntu/ trusty/main amd64 Packages

1.3.6-0ubuntu3 0

Anybody know which I'm running, and if I'm running the latest, why does it say 1.3.6?
I attempted to update both deluge and deluged using:
sudo apt-get install deluge and
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install deluge-web deluged
