Stopping torrents/Queuing

Hi all

I'm new to Deluge, and I quite like it.
I use the scheduler and so far I find it very difficult to manage what I want to download when the scheduler is active.

Let's say I have a completed download that I do not yet want to remove from the list, perhaps I want to seed it still some more. But let's say I do not want to seed it during the next schedule - I would like it to stop completely.
Or maybe I have 5 files ready to download when the scheduler is active but only want to download 4 of the files and leave the other file in the list for another time. I would like a stop button so that I know that the torrent will become inactive at all times until I resume it myself.

I know you can play around with the queuing rules and whatnot, but it is very tedious to do it this way, and I'm never certain that it will have completed the way I wanted when I wake up in the morning.

Also, when the scheduler is running but restricted not to download (red) and I leave Deluge to run for the scheduler to become active (green), the downloads will say "Paused", and I somehow feel "Queued" would be easier to understand during this time.

I did a brief search but didn't find anything much along these lines.

Thanks!
I just hope I've made some sense.
