Deluge Forum

I just downloaded Deluge based on the recommendation of another forum that said this is the best software to avoid having your IP address leak. However, I was unable to find instructions on how to configure the settings. I looked in the stickies and searched this forum but "configuration" and "settings" brought up too many results.

Is there a tutorial on how to properly set up Deluge to keep my IP from leaking out? Thanks for any help you can provide
