Check What IP You're Downloading From

I want to verify that my sock5 proxy is working correctly. Is there any way I can check what IP address I am downloading a torrent from?

I just followed the process on this page.
http://torguard.net/checkmytorrentipaddress.php
Add the torrent to your queue and just leave it there. it will report an ip address under status.

I am running into the same problem/question. How can I determine what ip I am downloading from when using my proxy.
I tried using the link suggested and I cannot determine how to get it to work with deluge.
Any suggestions from the forum on how you guys check your ip when using deluge?
fyi i can get it to work just fine with uTorrent just not deluge
