Deluge 1.3.7 build with py2.7

I am running Deluged on a Windows 2008 64 bit server, and the client on a Windows 7 64 bit.
The only way I got Deluge running on the server, was to use the special 1.3.6 build with py2.7
I would like to update to Deluge version 1.3.7, but it won't run on my server.
No pop-up, no entry in log system - it just doesn't start.
I would be most pleased if someone would make a Deluge 1.3.7 build with py2.7

The build was already made http://download.deluge-torrent.org/wind ... -setup.exe
You just have to know where to look
