Downloads set to F drive but C drive filled

So i am downloading a rather large torrent. My Cdrive had about 22 GB free space or so and my main Storage Drives all have 300GB + i have one of these storage drives set as the primary DL home for deluge but after returning home after a few days DLing i looked at the torrent and it was stopped at 56% +- and said Error, i restarted it and looked again in a hour and error again. checked the Cdrive and it has 500MB space left. Im concerned of potential crashing with there being that little space left. I checked twice over and the Fdrive is the download home.
First off what do i need to do to rectify?
secondly can i keep the 20+ gigs i have downloaded or must i start over?
If yes how do i move it? and continue the DL ?
any insight would be appreciated
