Moving from bittorrent to deluge

I've got about 1200 torrents in various states on my windows 7 machine running bittorrent that I want to move to my ubuntu media server running deluge. All the files are on their own HDD, so moving the files themselves is simple, but how would I go about importing all of the torrents into Deluge in bulk without disrupting my existing folder hierarchy?
