Using Deluge in 2 Internet Connections

Hi ,
I recently setup Deluge to work on my Raspberry pi and it has been working fine.

However before using PI , I used to download torrents with Vuze, which has an option of binding multiple network interfaces to it.
Which allowed me to use both my internet connections (1. DSL and 2. 3G dongle ) to download a single torrent, there by reducing the download time.Basically each internet connection downloaded pieces of the same file.

Now I am wondering if such an option exists in Deluge , if so please let me know how to set it up.
