New installation

I'm new to this torrent installation.
I have Centos 5.10. I would like to install this app. Can I use this as seedbox? Also I would like to use a dedicated IP as torrent server ip : http://111.111.11.111:port
If so can someone point me to the latest ssh installation guide?
