Renaming Seeding Torrents WebUI/Console

Hi guys,
My Debian seed box doubles as a media server that requires a specific naming format/folder scheme, and I would like to rename and possibly relocate the files I download while still retaining the ability to seed them. I found a batch renaming plugin, but it seems to only work for the GTK client:

I am interested in ANY way to rename/reorganize my files while still retaining the ability to seed. I have found that I can use "Move Storage" to move the entire downloaded folder around on my drive, but I have yet to find a way (at least through the WebUI) to reorganize or rename the files inside the folder.
tl;dr - How would I rename and reorganize downloads in the WebUI or console
Thanks for reading!
