How to resume DL after win8 re-install ?

Hello,

I had to reinstall my win8. Before reinstalling windows, i've saved both the partially downloaded videos and the complete install folder of deluge to an usb key.
After win8 re-install, I've copied the partially downloaded videos to my "download" windows folder.

Then i've downloaded and reinstall deluge, same version as previously 1.3.6. But now i have no more torrent in the list.
I've read on an ubuntu forum to copy the stats folder... But i havent any stat folder on my saved copy of deluge's installation folder.

There is certainly something easy and obvious that i am missing.
