Really, really "done" torrents

First, kudos to the developers -- Deluge is a really slick piece of work! I love the fact you can use it via a web and rpc interface, and the array of features is nothing less than impressive.
I'm not sure if this post is a "whine", a feature request, or just me needing to be whacked with a clue-bat.
I love Deluge's use of subdirectories to keep things in order. The autostart directory is really cool, and I use both the "download to" and "done" subdirectories. But it seems to me that the "done" subdirectory/option's name is a misnomer.
I consider a torrent to be "done" when I both have downloaded it (duh!) and when the torrent has met the leech/seed ratio that I have set for the torrent. But, of course, Deluge considers a torrent "done" after it has finished downloading.
Since I have torrents set to auto-delete their torrent file when they've met my leech/seed ratio, I wind up having a swamp of things in my "done" subdirectory -- torrents that are still seeding to meet their ratio, and former torrents that have met their seed ration and are completely finished and are "really, really done". Trying to determine which files/subdirectories are which is a PITA.
What am I doing wrong? Is there any way to easily separate the torrents that are "done" (but still seeding) from the torrents that are "really, really done" (torrents have met their leech/seed ratio)?
