I am running Deluge 1.3.6 on a Win8 x64 bit operating system and I have encountered an issue, which I haven't had before. The issue is of a horizontal scroll bar appearing at the bottom of the window, where in truth it shouldn't be there. I have attached an image on this issue.

Yer that can happen if the columns misbehave, usually through adding/removing. you can scroll to the end and resize the last column to make it shorter and it should disappear.

The GTK code for this is a bit of pain but will look at fixing it at some point.
