I had the same problem with Deluge and qbittorrent 2.9.8 on Raspbian wheezy. Also the problem only occured with a anti-leech tracker.
Updating to the latest qbittorent testing (jessie) release solved the problem for me.

For goodness sake it's likely your version of libtorrent is now 0.16 so nothing to do with using Deluge or qbittorrent...

Oh my god, thanks for pointing out this solution-indication. So how do you solve the problem if you're a Linux noob and still using Deluge? Can you update libtorrent separately? Would you have to install a different Deluge version. Please, enlighten us.

If libtorrent is installed, verify version and if you install Deluge it should use that version.
