Hello,
I am using deluge at raspberry pi with rasbian. However my download speed is unstable. For a second it can reach 2 mb/s. after that it goes down to 0. And this situation is appeared with a no reason. Any suggestion?

I have tried changing incoming ports but it is not working too. When i change ports, it will be still same ports. I think that is a problem regarding to web ui. Are there any way to change ports from command line?

I have the same issue. Anyone resolved this?
