Please have the removal dialogue box display the 'Remove With Data' option only for incomplete torrents. Upon 100% or Seeding state change the button should no longer be active.

That's not going to happen there are instances where you want to remove a completed torrent including data. If it is to do with accidental deleting data there is a ticket to add a confirmation prompt.
