Problems with WebUI

Hi guys!
Yesterday I want to connect to Deluge daemon (which is installed on my VPS) remotely and need to change in config "allow remote" to true.
After that, my WebUI can't connect to daemon and I can't add any daemons address in Connections Manager. I tried reinstall deluged and deluge-web packets via apt-get - nothing happeneds..
I tried to remove config directory from ~/.config/ - nothing..
Finally I tried to install experimental version (1.3.6) of deluged and deluge-web - no effects too.
How can I remove all configs, data bases etc. of deluged and deluge-web? Full reinstall is simplest way to solve this problem.
