Column order not persisted between sessions

Hi,
I've only just started using Deluge as my main torrent client. I'm running a daemon on a separate computer (Ubuntu 12.04.3) on my LAN and several clients, Windows 7 PC and a Lubuntu 12.04 laptop. All use Deluge 1.3.6, the linux versions are installed via the official ppa and the Windows 7-version via the installer downloaded from the website.
The issue that I'm having is that the order of the columns in the UI is not persisted between sessions. This seems to affect both the Ubuntu and Windows 7-versions in the same way. The Web-UI is not affected.
This raises the question: Where are the column configuration data saved?
I've attached screenshots below to illustrate the problem as well as a comparison to the Web-UI which looks flawlessly. The problem with the web-UI, however, is that it's much slower when adding a lot of torrents at the same time. Note that the screenshots are from the Windows 7-version, and this is posted in the Windows section, but the problem is the same on both Windows and Ubuntu.
This is how I want it to look like: http://i.imgur.com/dkj72Qc.png
This is how it looks after I've restarted the UI: http://i.imgur.com/Jn6NuHq.png
