Hi!
I've got bug in Deluge 1.3.6. At every startup Deluge 1.3.6 forgets location of downlod folder in its settings. That setting in menu is empty. See screenshot.
If I open new torrent file the Deluge offers to download into last used folder, but not in default folder.

Ubuntu 13.04 x64. Download folder locates on NTFS partion.

Need logs

Is this the log after setting the NTFS download location and restarting Deluge?

Still not sure why it's doing that, it could be an issue with the NTFS mount or non-ascii chars, do you mind testing and finding what works and what doesn't.
