Can't resume queued torrents

Hello all,

I am running Deluge 1.3.6 from the Fedora 19 repositories with libtorrent 0.13.3 (also from the Fedora 19 repositories) and I'm having an issue. Currently, a lot of my torrents are queued, and I can't seem to find a way to resume them. I started Deluge in debug mode (sudo -u deluge deluged -d -L debug) and when I selected all torrents and clicked on "Resume" it threw a whole lot of Torrent is being auto-managed, cannot resume! messages. So I selected all torrents, right clicked and went to options only to find that the "Auto managed" checkbox was not checked. I then checked this and unchecked it in the hope that this would somehow "reset" the state of the auto management, but no.

Yes, I do have the queue enabled, but there should be plenty of space in the queue left for these torrents :) My settings are:
  • Total active: 250
  • Total active downloading: 50
  • Total active seeding: 200
Besides this, it also doesn't adhere to the the maximum upload that I set, it is using as much as my connection has to offer. But, I should make a new topic for that I guess :)

What can I do to un-auto manage these torrents?
