DHT Question

Hi !
i have a question regarding Deluge encrypton and DHT
My ISP throttles Bitorrent Protocol speeds (DL/UL) and makes connection between peers even more difficult.
As far as i understood by several research that i did when deluge or other torrent client opens automatically connects to an DHT Node which has a specific address (i know that i can turn this off).
My question is, could this first connection help the ISP to mark and flag the onwards traffic as a bittorrent protocol ? despite not fetching peers thru the DHT and just only by tracker?
