Windows: Show progress in taskbar

The taskbar button can show an integrated progress bar in Windows. It could be used to show the completion of the current torrent(s) in Deluge.
In case of multiple torrents downloading, you could display the state of the torrent taking the longest time to complete. This would serve as a good estimate of when all of the torrents are completed.
