Deluge hides after going to notification area

So I configured deluge to minimize to the notification area after installing it. So I minimize it, and then I notice that there's no deluge in my notification area. So now evry time I run deluge it starts (I can see it in system monitor running) hidden but there is no way I can access it. How can I edit it's configurations manualy to undo this?
PS: i'm using Ubuntu 7.04
