I get the following error: Error The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found"
on torrents from ccc.se(possibly chinese tracker) i'm wondering what the problem could be

The ccc.
se domain belongs to a Swedish copy/printing services company. They probably don't run a tracker.
However, ccc.
de is a German computer/hacker club (
Chaos Computer Club). They have been operating an open tracker, so many torrents have it included along with
udp://tracker.istole.it:80/announce, udp://tracker.publicbt.com:80/announce, udp://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80/announce, as well as other open trackers. But the ccc.de tracker hasn't been active for a while, so you will get no response, or some random error, like the one you posted. They do however provide other services, like an official
Jabber/XMPP (Instant Messaging) service.
