Deluge
deluged: 1.3.6
libtorrent: 0.16.7.0
Fresh (<24hrs old) install of Linux Mint 15. Deluged is an upstart job, so is Deluge-web. It downloads to a custom directory, but refuses to move completed items to another dir on the same drive. Permissions for both are 777. it just doesn't happen. I have checked ~/.config/deluge/core.conf, and it has all of the options set correctly. I have noticed that none of the interfaces seem to sync with this file correctly (I check with console, web, and gtk), and often I will set the options, I check another interface and they uncheck and/or blank.
